Arefeh Russell

With 19 years of experience Arefeh is leading the Communication Unit as Partner within the Pivot team. She has a proven track record on agency and company side: Arefeh has been the spokesperson in the DACH region for Wrigley (Mars subsidiary) and successfully build the German subsidiary of an international 360-degree operating agency MARCO.

During this time, she gained a demonstrated history of working in various key industries, such as FMCG, finance, tech as well as highly regulated branches, e.g. consumer goods or pharma and healthcare. With a creative soul and a strategic mind, she is specialized in impactful media relations, and c-level positioning, stakeholder engagement, as well as issues and crisis management. She has a strong network of stakeholders such as journalists and scientists which she successfully integrated in campaigns. 

Arefeh has a university degree in Communication & Leadership from the Quadriga University, Berlin, as well as Sociology from the University of Hamburg

Based in Munich, Germany, she speaks German, English and Farsi and Azerbaijani.
