Rahel leads the Corporate Strategy Practice at Pivot Economics. Her role centers on helping organizations anticipate and prepare for the evolving challenges of tomorrow. To achieve this, she works with clients to identify the critical questions they need to answer to realize their organizations’ potential and design tailored approaches to address them. Using foresight and planning techniques, Rahel supports clients in generating insights on e.g., operational setup, revenue streams, and economic footprint from a policy perspective to develop evidence-based strategies. She also aids in planning processes to establish optimal engagement strategies. Through this, Rahel enables clients to anticipate and navigate upcoming challenges and market complexities to position themselves for long-term success. By aligning long-term planning with clients’ objectives, she helps organizations elaborate future-focused solutions to thrive amidst rapid change.
